Ledger includes entries of income/expense, bank accounts and memberships. Entries for 1997 and 1998 are missing. Of note: expenses for refinishing the Hall floor and expanding the parking lot (2000).

This series contains records pertaining to the administration of the Whaletown Community Club including the constitution and bylaws, an agreement with the Whaletown Women's Institute, tax and insurance records, lease agreements, membership records and reports of finances and activities filed with the provincial government.
