We acknowledge that these trees are of white settler families and reflect colonization of ancestral homelands and displacement of the Indigenous Peoples who have thrived here for generations. We would welcome the opportunity to add those families to our records.

This series contains records pertaining to the administration of the Whaletown Community Club including the constitution and bylaws, an agreement with the Whaletown Women's Institute, tax and insurance records, lease agreements, membership records and reports of finances and activities filed with the provincial government.

Series consists of one photograph album with nine pages of colour photographs glued onto black paper. It contains photographs and a newspaper clipping documenting the Hall expansion project in 1983, which included a new entrance and the addition of a lounge with a fireplace built by Andy Ducasse.
