Identified on the verso (May Ellingsen's handwriting) as (L to R) Jack Manson, Anna Manson, Beatrice Hawkins, Meg Robertson, Mabel Hawkins.

It was originally a small building located at the head of the wharf. Later the building was pulled up the hill and enlarged, to eventually become the present-day (2022) Floathouse Restaurant.
