Series consists of material rising from Gagnon's work on the RDCS Aquaculture Committee, which she chaired in 1988, and the Greater Campbell River Planning Committee. It contains correspondence, minutes and agendas from committee meetings; material on recycling and parks, including a bound copy of the RDCS Official Regional Parks Plan (1982) and notes, minutes and research material of the Cortes Island Water Study Committee (1984).
