The house was completed in about 1955/1956 and demolished ca. 2012. To its right and slightly above it is a cottage built by Griffin for his son George and wife Joyce.

Also includes twenty-nine (29) color photographic prints and eleven (11) color inkjet prints, which depict the signing of the MoU at Squirrel Cove and an Ecoforestry display at Smelt Bay. Photographs are stored in Photo Box #3.
