Most of the photographs depict Dorothy Huck, her family and friends, and scenes from Cortes Island, especially the Green Valley area. There are also some photographs from Vancouver and Moose Jaw, Sk. where Dorothy attended school.

Physical Condition
Cover is worn; spine is damaged and has been repaired with orange tape and cellophane tape. Photographs are glued onto the black paper pages and show signs of wear such as dirt or wrinkling but are generally very clear. Some photographs are missing and a few have been cut.

The two photographs that were part of this material (2003.002.393-Portrait of Victor Von Donop and 2003.002.394-Coat of arms of Von Donop family) are described in Series 1 and stored in the Photographs box with the other photographs in the Weiler fonds.)
Material was collected by Jimmy Layton, who had a homestead at the head of Von Donop Inlet; he gave it to Otto Weiler.

Edges of the cover are frayed; the first five, the eighth and the last four pages are broken along the fold and are loose. The photographs are glued onto the black cardboard pages and show signs of rippling, creasing, dirt and wear but most of the images are very clear. Some of the pictures are loose or missing.

Series consists of documents pertaining to a lawsuit between Chief Raymond Noble of Klahoose First Nation (suing on behalf of all members of the KFN) and the following plaintiffs: Cortes Ecoforestry Society, Linnaea Farm Society, certain members of the Klahoose First Nation, and members of the aforementioned organizations. The lawsuit concerned an alleged blockage, which barred access to Woodlot 009, thus interfering with Klahoose logging operations.
